Quebec’s Nightlife – The When and Where Guide

By Faisal · On June 14, 2018

If you’re bilingual by any chance, or you know how to speak French at least little bit, this city is definitely for you. That is because there’s also an option to speak English in case you cannot handle the French. Nevertheless, you’ll definitely manage to find your way around it.

Now, if it’s your first time you’ll need a little guidance. You should know that Quebec locals are pioneers of culture self-preservation and respect their francophone heritage. So, basically, you should expect everything to be French-y.

But that’s the beauty of it! Imagine walking down the streets and listening to beautiful girls speaking in French… A great picture, right?

Well, if you’re in for the girls and fun, you’re heading towards the right place. In Quebec City, you can find so many fun and entertaining things to do, as soon as the night falls.

You have an exquisite beer to try and so many great places to visit, so buckle up and let’s go on a ride through the streets of Quebec.

So, the first thing you need to visit is Où Quoi Salon Urbain, located on Laval Street. You’ll feel at home because the place is so cozy and friendly and you’ll definitely meet young new people and maybe make a new long-term friendship.

Next stop, Gainsborough Bistro-Brewery which is located on the epic pedestrian street, Aubry Street, in the heart of the city. Alongside the best beet in the city, you can get a taste of local products and Canadian food, as well as vegetarian meals.

If you’re an artistic soul, you should definitely visit the Aux 4 Jeudis, a 40-year-old place that has a major role in the city’s tradition. It offers Monday night movies on the movie-terrace and it also hosts artists who want to do their exhibitions. Also, it offers amazing happy hour deals.

Now, if you love playing blackjack online, imagine having the chance of playing it in a real, land-based casino and in Quebec? Wow, prepare for the best time ever! Casino Du Lac-Leamy is an excellent choice for you. You have a wide selection of other gaming tables and slots, too. You can consider this THE place for a perfect getaway.

And finally, after the coffee and chit-chat you had in Où Quoi Salon Urbain, the amazing beer in Gainsborough Bistro-Brewery and a successful blackjack round, it’s time to discover the real nightlife in Quebec. The place to be is called Club Aléa. Here, expect to see the biggest DJ names in the music industry and the most contemporary sounds. The pod is oval-shaped and there’s a huge, giant, cutting-edge LED wall that will activate all your senses. The people that come there are exclusive and there are a lot of VIP areas where you can totally relax and make your night memorable. You’ll absolutely love the atmosphere and you’ll definitely want to come back one day. Or, maybe as soon as the day after.
