Taking a vacation to relax at the beach doesn’t have to be expensive and break your budget. There are many cheap beach spots with budget friendly hotels and restaurants that you can go. The following are the top 6 cheap beach vacations around the world.

Pensacola Beach

Pensacola Beach is a great budget beach with clean azure water and gorgeous white sandy shore. The clear water allows you to see various types of marine lives swimming in the shallow water including turtles, and colorful fishes. The months from April – October are the best time to visit the beach when the temperature of the water is just nice. There are lots of restaurants that serve delicious seafood along the beach. You can also find many affordable hotels nearby. Many people like to carry out diving activities on the Pensacola Beach. There are regularly air shows performed by the Blue Angels at the beach.

Cannon Beach

Cannon Beach in Oregon is only a 90 minutes drive if you are coming from Portland. It provides a view of Haystack Rock. You can observe many eagles flying in the area. It is home to many types of sea birds and tufted puffins. Sometimes, you can see schools of whales during the migration season. You can stroll along the beach on an extensive network of hiking trail and enjoy the panoramic coastal view at the same time. Every year, they have festivals like Stormy Weather Arts Festival, and Savor Cannon Beach Wine & Culinary Festival.

Sarasota Beaches

Sarasota has over 35 miles of sandy shoreline starting from Longboat Key to Englewood. Some of the notable beaches at Sarasota are Lido Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Venice, Manasota Key, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. You can also see other creatures on the ocean such as tarpon, manta ray and dolphins. Most of the public beaches in Sarasota are equipped with shower rooms and toilets. There may also be lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. You should bring along your sun cream because the weather will be hot.

Corfu Beaches

Corfu is famous for its rocky beaches that are filled with pebbles and gravels. You can easily get a cheap flight to the island via a small regional airline. Many of the beaches have small jetties which mean you can arrive by boat. There are lots of budget hotels and restaurants with affordable food. Many of the beaches at Corfu are safe for children as they have gently slope seashores. You can also carry out water sports activities at the beach. Some of the great beaches at Corfu are Gouvia, Nissaki, Avlaki, and Kalamaki.

Ochop Rios

Ocho Rios is a private white sandy beach in Jamaica. Because it is private, it has lesser people and can give you more privacy. There is a waterfall park called Dunn’s River Falls that is 695 feet tall. If you like dolphins, you can  go to Dolphin Cove and get experience swimming with a dolphin. The temperature of the water at the ocean is warm all year round about 27 – 32 degree celsius.  Many budget all inclusive resorts are nearby. There is an outdoor shopping mall called Island Village where you can go to do your shopping.

Isla Mujeres

Isla Mujeres is a small island on Mexico that is only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun. It was originally a fishing village but now it has a lot of hotels and resorts. You can rent a golf cart to explore the surrounding areas. There is a turtle farm where they protect turtle eggs and release baby turtles into ocean. You’ll find restaurants that serve different types of cuisines like Thai, Mediterranean, French, and Caribbean. There are lots of coral reefs to explore and you can swim with the dolphins. While there, you can also pay a visit to the Cancun Underwater Museum.
